Honestly speaking, initially I was reluctant to use UV Foods masala mixes as it was a new brand and highly priced. However I just wanted to find out how these masalas fare in comparison to the regular popular brands that i use at our home.
UV Foods Masalas gave a totally different and delectable experience. Since then I have started using them regularly. Sambar Powder, Kari masla, Kanji items are my all time favourite.
